Gary has been a part of Victory Gospel Chapel since 1996, where he was trained not only by our Bishop. but by our train[ng leaders as he went thru the Spirital Growth Center. He was then launched to the Behold I Will Do A New Thing II Ministry/Wheatley Courts. There he was awarded the first ever "Soul Winner Award". He then met and married his Wife Alicia and they were launched in 2001 to New Orleans to form Victory Gospel Chapel International Ministries of New Orleans. After Katrina the Ministry became a distribution, Street Ministry until February 20, 2022.

Elder Alicia Harry

Is a Woman of God who's favorite Words are Lord Your Will Be Done. She also loves God and His people. In 1995 Alicia joined the VGC family where she was also trained by Prophetess Jackie Banks and the training leaders. She served in many ministries but her favorite was being the Praise and Worship Leader/Choir Director. She came as a Church Member and was soon in the Spiritual Growth Center for Full Time Ministry Training. Alicia met Gary and they were married. She served along side him at the Behold I Will Do A New Thing Ministry II. She also served along side him as they were launched to New Orleans.
Though her number 1 priority is the Ministry, Alicia is a Songwriter and Psalmist for the Glory of God.
